Uji’s cool climate and mineral-rich soils help create matcha with balance. This powder is selected for consistency and flavour clarity, making it an easy entry point into matcha, and a staple you’ll return to daily.

Instructions

Add one OCHAYA tsp (4g) of OCHAYA Uji Matcha to a cup. Add a splash of water and whisk until all lumps are gone. Top with water or  plant based milk of your choice. (Optional: add your choice of sweetener).

How to prepare matcha

Follow these simple steps for the perfect cup

Add 1-2 teaspoons of premium matcha powder to your bowl
