Our Uji matcha comes from family-owned partner farms in Ujitawara, Kyoto Prefecture, and is stone-milled into a fine green powder. Its flavour is smooth and balanced, making it suitable for traditional preparation and matcha lattes. The sealed tin helps preserve its colour and aroma.

Origin: Uji region, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan.

Flavour: Smooth, rounded and lightly umami.

Best for: Traditional preparation, matcha lattes and anyone new to matcha.

Add 2 g of Uji matcha to a bowl. Add a small amount of water and whisk until smooth. Top with water or your preferred plant-based milk. Add sweetener if desired.

A 40 g pack makes approximately 20 servings at 2 g each.
